É«ÖÐÉ« ITS is excited to announce a restructuring of our ITS Knowledge Base, which helps students, faculty, and staff find answers to technology questions quickly. Our ITS Knowledge Base provides how-to information about É«ÖÐÉ« systems and services, empowering our community to solve technical issues independently. The Knowledge Base is especially useful after hours as it provides immediate answers to the most commonly asked questions and offers step-by-step instructions.
The Knowledge Base includes hundreds of articles on services such as equipment lending, changing your password, or VPN access. To help support the transition to online learning, ITS has updated articles on key services such as Zoom, Slack, Sakai, and Citrix. We hope that having one single repository of information will provide streamlined access to ITS information 24/7.
To access the ITS Knowledge Base, you can either point your browser to or select the link off the ITS main website under the Get Help tab on the right-hand side. To search for answers, use the search feature located in the middle of the page or click on one of the topic icons to look at related articles under that heading.
